A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay
We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable experience. Please review these details before confirming your reservation.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Checkout is by 11:00 AM on your departure date. Reservations are available only within the Friday to Monday booking window, with a two-night minimum.
Occupancy & Visitors
A maximum of six guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring the overnight occupancy limit is respected.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted.
Strictly No Indoor Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vape pens, and other smoking or vaping devices. Any violation will result in a $250 smoking/vaping violation fee.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit of the full reservation total (including the cleaning fee and applicable taxes) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due seven days before check-in. Reservations made fewer than seven days before check-in require full payment at booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change and strive to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy.
- Cancel at least 7 days before check-in: full refund, including the deposit.
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: the 50% reservation deposit is subject to forfeiture; any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
- For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is collected at booking. If canceled before check-in, only the 50% deposit is forfeited and the remaining 50% is refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
